We provide on-site service, preventive maintenance, spare parts and consumables for our Systems Customers.

Spare Parts
KC Robotics keeps commonly used spare parts in inventory. For special-order parts, we work with our manufacturers to provide fast turn-around and excellent pricing. All parts purchased from KC Robotics are backed by a warranty.

Robotic welding spare parts and consumables are always available from KC Robotics. We work with each customer to create at customized list and purchasing plan for consumable items.
On-site Service
Programming assistance? Robot malfunction? Time for Preventive Maintenance? ? Let our trained technicians take care of that for you. Our service technicians have training and experience on Motoman, KUKA, and FANUC robots. All technicians participate in mandatory training at robot OEM facilities every year.
Robot Preventive Maintenance
Plain and simple, preventive maintenance makes good business sense. KC Robotics recommends that all robotic equipment be maintained regularly to improve the efficiency of your operation and the life of your equipment. Regular Preventive Maintenance helps to identify potential problems before they result in last-minute scrambling for parts and service.
