 The DAIHEN Almega E Series Arc Cell is perfectly suited for production runs of medium to high volume. Both models (E120/E120L) have service access doors and the operator loads parts from outside of the workcell.

EASY SETUP
The DAIHEN Almega E Series Arc Cells are shipped pre-assembled to reduce installation time. All are designed with forklift pockets to allow for easy placement in your manufacturing area. Installation is quick and simple, and usually accomplished in just a few hours.

PART POSITIONING
Higher part volume is made possible through the use of two discrete welding tables which eliminate robot idle time and the potential for unforeseen maintenance cost. Each station on Model E120 features a 600 mm x 800 mm (23.6" x 31.5") table with 909 kg (2,000 lb.) payload capacity. The expanded working envelope of the E120L allows welding of larger parts. Each station on Model E120L features a 1219 mm x 914 mm (36” x 48") table with 909 kg (2,000 lb.) payload capacity.

SAFETY
Two air actuated shutter doors keep the operator out of the work side of the system, while allowing loading and unloading of parts from the opposite side. An arc shield curtain is provided between the tables. DAIHEN, Inc. ALMEGA Arc Cell E120L is perfectly suited for production runs of medium to high volume.
