Fanuc ArcMate 100i Robot
Controller: RJ2
Applications:
Arc Welding
Cutting
The Fanuc ArcMate 100i is a six-axis, modular construction, electric servo-driven robot designed for precise, high-speed welding and cutting. Based on its simple and reliable construction, the ARC Mate 10Oi provides accurate and consistent path performance, necessary for welding and cutting. The integrated R-J2 Controller and easy to-use Arc Tool software, standard with the ARC Mate i-series robots, provide reliable performance with high productivity. The ArcMate 100i is designed with integral utilities including gas/air lines and a wire feed motor cable routed inside the robot arm, eliminating external cabling requirements and improving reliability and setup time.
