INDUSTRIAL ROBOT SERVICE AND REPAIR provides the backbone of KC Robotics’ full service operation.  KC Robotics’ skilled technicians are trained to understand the entire robot, including electrical and mechanical robotic engineering, programming, electronics, installation, integration, diagnosis and repair.  KC Robotics Service Technicians travel throughout the United States and Canada for on-site repairs, programming, and maintenance. They are available worldwide for robotic projects.

ROBOT PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE can be scheduled as needed or set up on an annual schedule to ensure the robots operate to maximum efficiency. Preventive Maintenance identifies potential problems, lengthens the life of the robot, and improves reliability.

Technical support is just a phone call away.  KC Robotics technicians provide phone consultation for a nominal fee.

ROBOT TRAINING
 KC Robotics provides training classes at our service center in Fairfield, Ohio, as well as customers' sites.  Classes are specifically designed for each customer, using hands-on training throughout the class. 

ROBOT PARTS REPAIR AND EXCHANGE
 Parts and robots can be shipped to our service department for repair or exchange.
