EASY SETUP
The DAIHEN Almega T Series Arc Cells are shipped pre-assembled to reduce installation time. All are designed with forklift pockets to allow for easy placement in your manufacturing area. Installation is quick and simple, usually accomplished in just a few hours.
SAFETY
The overall safety environment of the T Series incorporates tamper resistant, safety interlocks, fully enclosed robot-operating area with protective arc shielding. Other features include light curtains to prevent the turntable from indexing while the operator is in the “working area” of the system.
The DAIHEN T Series of turntable welding systems are designed to efficiently weld small workpieces while requiring a minimal amount of floor space 7’-2” W x 12’-3” L (2175 mm x 3,745.14 mm).

T60S / T72S - The T60S features the servo driven T60SVM-600 60” diameter table and the T72S features the servo driven T72SVM table with a 72” diameter accommodating larger parts while continuing to provide high repeatability and quick cycle times.
