The Arc Mate 100iB is the latest series of Fanuc robots. It is an electric servo-driven robot designed for precise high speed welding and cutting. It has a compact design and its flexibility simplifies installation, maximizes reach capability within confined areas and enables high density installation of robots and peripherals.
For maximum performance and productivity, this robot features the highest motion speeds in its class. The Arc Mate offers an extremely large work envelope useful for large parts or complex tooling. This robot also has an extremely fast wrist axes, reducing air cut times, thus improving throughput.

| Features & Benefits: |
| • |
The robot’s small wrist size enables it to enter into confined openings in the workspace. |
| • |
The motion envelope of the arm has an 8% larger horizontal stroke. |
| • |
Compatible with all major brands of welding equipment. |
| • |
For improved reliability, reduced setup time, the robot is designed with integral utilities including gas air lines and a Lincoln Electric wire feed motor cable routed inside the robot arm. This also eliminates external cabling requirements. |
| • |
TurboMove advanced servo control features allow quick and smooth point to point motion, which increases arc on- time and throughout. |
| • |
Wire feed motor (up to 12kg) mounted directly to robot’s upper arm, shortens welding torch length, which improves wire feed reliability and arc start capability. |
| • |
Arc welding teach pendant with application specific hard keys offers instinctive control over the process. |
| • |
Interfaces with most types of servo driven or indexing positioners. |
| • |
Multiple mounting positions include upright, inverted, wall or angle mount with no changes to the mechanical unit. |
| • |
RV Reducer drive train with integral bearings provides rigidity and performance in a compact package. |
| • |
Sealed bearings and drives provide protection and improve reliability. |
