OTC Robotic Arc Welding Solutions

OTC DAIHEN's ALMEGA A-II Series of robots are designed for CO2, MAG, MIG, TIG, and air plasma cutting applications. All robots are Windows NT-based and operate on a CAN bus interface, which provides the highest degree of control and data monitoring possible.  Almega Arc Welding Cells are shipped pre-assembled to reduce installation time.  Each cell has its own unique design, catered to meet your needs.  All cells are designed with forklift pockets to allow for easy placement in your manufacturing area.

GMAW Torches

OTC DAIHEN offers standard torches available for steel, aluminum, stainless, and exotic metal GMAW applications, available in both semi-automatic (manual) welding guns and robotic use torches.  For robotic torches, both standard wire-fed and AC servo motor driven models are available.
