are you sure it works with the robots S4C+?

The USB Drive for ABB Robots works with all ABB software except the S3. It definitely works with the S4C+.
What brands of thumb drives does this work with and does it work on all S4, S4C, and S4C+ robots. I just worry due to ordering a similar device form another company last year that didn’t work on our S4′s.
Also if it doesn’t work can it be returned?

Hi, I am looking to purchase some USB conversions for some robots here in the uk.
Some are ABB S4 and some are S4C+
Can you tell me what USB stick you are using so I can see if available in the UK.
I have been asked by customer and cannot get order untill I give them this infomation.
Can you also send me price for extra USB sticks.
I have been told some do not work.
